How do I get a quote?
Enter your pickup, drop-off, date and time in the planner at the top of this page, then add your name, email and phone number. We reply with availability and a price. You can also call us at (415) 881-6199.
How much does a car service cost in San Francisco?
It depends on the vehicle, the distance or number of hours, the date and time, and any stops along the way. That's why we quote every trip individually, and you see the price before anything is booked. Gratuity, tolls and parking are included in the quoted price.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as your plans are set. For weddings, events and busy holiday weekends, a few weeks ahead gives you the widest choice of vehicles. For a trip in the next day or two, call us at (415) 881-6199. We're available 24/7.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you ask for a quote so we can plan your pickup around your arrival. Airport pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting time. If your plans change on the day, call us at (415) 881-6199.
Which vehicle fits my group and luggage?
Our sedans take up to 2 passengers and 3 bags, our SUVs up to 5 passengers and 6 bags, and the Luxury Sprinter up to 14 passengers and 14 bags. Those numbers are separate maximums, so tell us your luggage sizes and we'll choose the right vehicle with you.
Do you offer hourly service?
Yes, with a 3-hour minimum. Choose Hourly in the planner and pick how many hours you need. Your chauffeur and car stay with you for the whole booking, which suits days with several stops.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Yes. Every trip is driven by a professional chauffeur, and all of our chauffeurs and vehicles are licensed and insured.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the full reservation price. If something changes, call us at (415) 881-6199 as soon as you can.
